**Revolutionise rail travel with Siemens Mobility.**
As a Lead Planner, you will join our Siemens Mobility PMO team to work on Rail Systems Tenders and Projects. You will work within an area of the Siemens business with substantial continued growth.
You will:
- Manage Summary schedules and reports for Program Managers and Top Management.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining Victorian Projects Schedules
- Develop and maintain resource loaded Schedules to drive reliable forecasts.
- Support Program Manager / Project Managers with the variations/claims and justifications using baseline functionality and schedules.
- Interact with Program Manager / Project Manager to align Projects deliverables to meet customer expectations.
- Chair Signalling Resource Workload Vs Capacity Meetings and agree on Actions to minimize overallocation of resources and follow-up.
- Support Tender Team in preparation of Tender Schedules
- Critical Path Analysis and incorporation of scope changes and updates into the schedules.
- Develop Baseline schedules for each project and working with the client to have the Baseline approved.
- Interact with the Project Team to ensure the program meets all contractual requirements.
- Interact with other P6 Planners / Schedulers around the country where required.

- You are an experienced Planner multi-discipline project or portfolio planning experience using Primavera P6.
- Demonstrated planning experience working in a sales / tender environment and delivering project control deliverables.
- Interest in advanced planning data analytics and visualisation techniques
