Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Private Banker to join our team at Westpac. As an Associate Private Banker, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day needs of our High Net Worth (HNW) clients and contributing to the growth of our Private Wealth business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Private Bankers to retain and grow new and existing valuable client relationships in the HNW segment.
- Coordinate the delivery of our service proposition by being the first point of contact for the day-to-day needs of a portfolio of HNW clients.
- Manage client expectations and keep them informed of progress.
- Facilitate the efficient execution of client needs through effective engagement of our service partners.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline would be beneficial.
- Strong frontline client experience within a Banking or Wealth-related role.
- Understanding of Consumer & Lending Products will be highly regarded.
- RG146 Tier 2 Compliance qualification.
