Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to lead our Local Area Engagement team. As a key regional leader, you will be responsible for driving local area marketing strategies, increasing referrals to pre-need and at-need teams, and generating new business partnerships within your designated geographic territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of Local Area Engagement Specialists to deliver growth and excellence in brand representation.
  • Implement and execute local area marketing plans, including developing and managing engagement campaigns and strategies.
  • Identify and target new community groups for business development and ongoing relationships, leveraging your elite networking and stakeholder management skills.
  • Monitor and report on territory business performance, risks, opportunities, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to drive sales activation and market share growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or business development leadership roles, with a proven track record in coaching and developing business development team members.
  • Strong commercial acumen balanced with empathy, combined with expertise in managing and developing multi-brand, multi-location, cross-functional teams.
  • Elite networking and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence large audiences and build strong business networks.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the funeral/death industry or healthcare sector is desirable, as is an established network in local communities.
