About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Customer Engagement Strategist to join our team at MECCA Brands Pty Ltd. As a key member of our Digital Customer Engagement team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering customer-centric strategies that drive meaningful experiences across digital and in-store touchpoints.

As a Strategist, you will work closely with our Beauty Loop Marketing team to lead campaign optimisation plans and drive strategies to address key objectives for the Beauty Loop loyalty program. You will also be responsible for overseeing MECCA's lifecycle program, identifying gaps and opportunities to support the overall experience strategy while developing new customer moments in alignment with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver customer-centric strategies that drive meaningful experiences across digital and in-store touchpoints.
  • Lead campaign optimisation plans and drive strategies to address key objectives for the Beauty Loop loyalty program.
  • Oversee MECCA's lifecycle program, identifying gaps and opportunities to support the overall experience strategy.
  • Develop new customer moments in alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Digital Customer Engagement, Loyalty, and Marketing Automation teams to plan, coordinate, and implement multi-channel campaigns driven by rich customer data.
Requirements
  • Expertise in crafting personalised, customer-first campaigns and journeys across various channels, including email, push notifications, SMS, app experiences, and onsite interactions.
  • Proficient in developing marketing strategies and tactical plans that address strategic goals effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of email and app marketing best practices, including messaging, segmentation, deliverability, and compliance with customer privacy laws.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience in planning and analysing optimisation tests.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, with a talent for influencing outcomes and fostering positive relationships.
