Retail Administration Support Volunteer

We are seeking skilled volunteers to assist with administration support operations in our retail services team.

The role involves providing administrative and program support to the Retail Services team, assisting with data entry and data management, and supporting the daily operations of over 150 Red Cross Shops nationally.

A minimum commitment of a one 4 hour shift per week is required. Previous experience in data entry and data management is essential, along with good computer skills.

As a Retail Administration Support Volunteer, you will develop valuable administrative skills while making a difference in the community.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative and program support to the Retail Services team
  • Assisting with data entry and data management
  • Supporting the daily operations of over 150 Red Cross Shops nationally

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in data entry and data management
  • Good computer skills
