Key Responsibilities- Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilizing a person-centered approach
- Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values
- Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families
- Undertake assessments, treatment, and documentation to the highest standard
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve
- A compassionate, flexible, and positive approach
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining:
- Recognized tertiary qualification and current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated record of achievement and experience working in residential aged care
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) clearance
- Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination, and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders
