We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient-centred care and leading a team of carers and nurses in a Residential Aged Care setting.
About the Role:As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing quality resident-focused and clinical care utilising a person-centred approach
- Effectively supervising and leading a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values
- Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families
- Undertaking assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognised tertiary qualification and current full Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated record of achievement and experience working in Residential Aged Care
- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
- Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders
