This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a dynamic team.
The successful candidate will provide clinical direction for the Oncology ward, ensuring efficient and effective management of nursing care.
- Provide strategic operational guidance for the unit to ensure evidence-based delivery of nursing care.
- Ensure the coordination of nursing care that meets the strategic direction and operational processes of the organization.
- Accountable for the effective daily management of human, financial, and material resources.

Key Qualifications- Current Registration with AHPRA.
- Working with Children check.
- Previous experience at NUM level or equivalent (min. 3 years).
- Compliance with ACSQHC National standards.
- A strong commitment to developing in a leadership role.
- Computer literacy including MS office and various data bases.
- Ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
- Proven time management and prioritisation skills.
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge base in labour management.
- Demonstrated HR management experience.
