Leadership Opportunity

  • This role is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across clinical, academic, and business functions.

About the Position

This position involves overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring high standards of client care, safety, and compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide leadership and oversight of clinical services and operations.
  2. Support the Director in strategic planning, maintaining compliance, staff management, and organisational development.
  3. Ensure quality assurance and drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice in clinical service delivery.
  4. Oversee and support staff, including clinicians, supervisors, and administrative teams.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology, health management, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
  • Significant leadership and management experience within a healthcare, psychology, or community services setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with empathy, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance frameworks, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
