Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our management team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical assessment and support planning, as well as leadership skills.

This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a small team and contribute to the collective success of the program. The ideal candidate will be able to travel to Tasmania regularly and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clinical caseload and provide tailored outcomes for each individual's needs.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment, mentoring and developing clinical skills in the team.
  • Drive accountability and help the team achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide clinical assessment and care planning in collaboration with multidisciplinary peers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience working in NDIS or Therapeutic support.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Proficient clinical skills and experience meeting performance expectations.
  • Ability to travel to Tasmania regularly.
