Pavement Supervisor Job

We are seeking an experienced Pavement Supervisor to lead the construction of airfield pavements and related infrastructure.

The project is a Defence sector undertaking on regional Western Australian sites, spanning over 2 years in duration. It involves significant upgrades to airfield asphalt pavements and associated infrastructure assets.

  • This position requires minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in pavement construction.
  • Strong expertise in pavement and earthworks construction, particularly for Defence or airfield projects, is essential.
  • Previous Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO) experience is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the construction of airfield pavements and related infrastructure.
  • Plan, assign, and monitor daily work tasks within the team.
  • Maintain effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ensure strong focus on safety and performance in team settings.
  • Develop relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in pavement construction.
  • Strong expertise in pavement and earthworks construction, particularly for Defence or airfield projects.
  • Previous FIFO experience.
  • Competence in planning, assigning, and monitoring daily work tasks within a team.
