**The Project**

The project is in the Defence sector on sites located in regional Western Australia. The overall project is more than 2 years in duration, involving significant construction upgrades to airfield asphalt pavements and related infrastructure assets.

**Your Opportunity**
Join a leading team delivering critical infrastructure upgrades for a Defence sector project in regional WA. We are seeking an experienced **Pavement Supervisor** to lead the construction of airfield pavements and related infrastructure.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in pavement construction.
- Strong expertise in pavement and earthworks construction, particularly for Defence or airfield projects.
- Previous FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) experience
- Competence in planning, assigning, and monitoring daily work tasks within a team
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong focus on safety and performance in team settings
- Ability to develop relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in Defence and airfield project delivery is highly regarded
- Ability to meet Department of Defence security clearance requirements (DCAC)
