The Customer Success Executive plays a vital role at FST Media, bridging sales, marketing, and operations to ensure the smooth planning and execution of large-scale conferences and summits. This position demands strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset to manage diverse tasks, from onboarding sponsors to delivering post-event reports.
Key Responsibilities: Sponsor OnboardingLiaise with sponsors to assist with logo delivery and expos stand requirementsAct as a liaison between sponsors and the production team to address participation needs for keynotes, panels, and roundtables.
Marketing supportAssist in the creation of marketing materials, including EDMs, for vendors and delegatesAssist in social media posting on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.Oversee Wordpress administration across departments and coordinate external web developers
Pre-event planning and operational supportSet up the event app and manage communications for all stakeholdersSupport the Operations and Marketing Director with various pre-event activitiesDesign and produce digital and printed event signage
On the Day Support Assist with registrations on the event dayHelp the Operations and Marketing Director address onsite queries, manage schedules time and event app supportSupport sponsors during events to ensure their needs are met
Post-event supportProject Manage the delivery of Executive Insights ReportsCollate survey results from the event portalHelps distribute attendee lists to sponsors
Essential Requirements:Proactive approach in working with sponsors and resolving issues as they arise.Strong internal communication and coordination skills to ensure effective collaboration across teams. Professional demeanour, especially during events.Willingness to travel and work outside regular hours around event dates.Ability to design marketing materials in-house and collaborate with external designers for complex needs.Proficiency in Excel and handling contact lists and data sets.Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Attributes:Tertiary qualification in media, marketing, event management, or related fields.Familiarity with WordPress, EventsAir (or similar event apps), HubSpot (or similar CRM), and Canva.Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
