As a Buying Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Merchandise Team, focusing on business management and problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing purchase orders and vendor relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate article details.
  • Creating and maintaining product articles in SAP, ensuring accurate pricing and markups.
  • Coordinating administrative tasks, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyzing merchandise reports to identify key business issues and provide data-driven insights.
  • Maintaining communication with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time shipments and external relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a retail background, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities. You will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
