Job Opportunity

The role of the HR Business Partner is pivotal in driving organizational success. This position demands strategic and hands-on HR expertise to support the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to business strategy by collaborating with leaders to identify and prioritize key capabilities and deliver solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Understanding the business landscape and drivers, building relationships with stakeholders to provide informed HR input across various HR issues.
  • Collaborating with talent acquisition managers to drive TA strategies and enhance the Employer brand.
  • Partnering with L&D teams to design value-added programs focusing on training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
  • Providing coaching and leadership development support to senior leadership.
  • Managing specific projects as determined by the Director HR ANZ in the annual plan.
About You

Requirements include:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or an equivalent field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HR Business Partner capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in systems such as Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Australian/New Zealand employment legislation.
