This is an exciting opportunity to work with experienced professionals in the Intellectual Property sector.

As a key member of our team, you will be exposed to working with high-profile clients on a global basis. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing patent schedules for clients
  • Screening telephone calls
  • Monitoring daily deadlines
  • Handling and processing files
  • Diary & calendar management
  • General administration
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have 2-4 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, with a genuine desire to work in Intellectual Property.

You will also possess:

  • Proficient skills in MS Office and database management
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills
  • A positive team attitude with a strong customer service focus
