**Aboriginal Health Practitioner, Primary Care Role Description**
This role is focused on providing flexible and culturally sensitive healthcare services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. The practitioner will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a health centre setting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Deliver holistic and preventative care for chronic disease management among Aboriginal clients.
  • Work closely with nursing staff, health professionals, and community groups to provide comprehensive support.
  • Foster partnerships with relevant stakeholders to enhance patient outcomes.

**Requirements:**
  • A Certificate IV in Aboriginal Primary Health Care (Practice) and registration with AHPRA.
  • Eligibility to drive in NSW and ability to travel as required.

**Benefits Package:**

The successful applicant will receive a salary range of $69,410 - $90,357 per annum, plus super and leave loading. Additional benefits include free parking, allocated days off, salary packaging options, fitness passport, and training opportunities.
