Job Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Sydney sales team in driving growth for renewable energy solutions.

This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, setting and managing individual and team KPIs, providing ongoing training and development, and developing strategies to grow the solar and battery business in the Sydney region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of solar and battery sales consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Set and manage individual and team KPIs, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the solar and battery business in the Sydney region.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including residential, commercial, and large-scale solar projects.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in sales management.
  • At least 4 years of sales experience in the solar and battery industry in Australia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability.
