Artist Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Artist Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team at Universal Music Australia Pty Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and marketing campaigns for our artists across various social media platforms and online channels.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social media and digital advertising platforms, as well as excellent creative and problem-solving skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of enthusiasm and a passion for music.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and content strategies for our artists
- Create engaging content for social media and online channels, including social media posts, videos, and email marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality of content across all channels
- Assist in the creation of marketing assets, including social media graphics, videos, and audio content
- Manage and maintain social media calendars and content schedules
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to optimize content and marketing strategies
- Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of social media and digital advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Excellent creative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of enthusiasm and passion for music, with a strong understanding of the music industry
- Ability to work outside of regular business hours when required
