Lead Food Service Team Member

This role is responsible for coordinating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and perform duties to the highest possible standard within our various food service outlets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in point of sale systems, food handling, and training others. They should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to motivate the team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a high standard of guest service
  • Monitoring food preparation and cooking duties to ensure menu items are prepared to recipe and quality standards
  • Organizing and managing a team to achieve goals and promote a positive working environment
  • Confirming staffing levels assigned to the outlet are correct
  • Ordering for the next day of trade to be submitted to the warehouse at the end of the shift
  • Conducting training and assessing the competency of team members to assist in team development
  • Ensuring PCI forms are completed by each cashier daily and returned to supervisor at the end of the shift
  • Completing all relevant paperwork to maintain correct stock levels and record-keeping processes

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Food handling certification (desirable)
  • Barista qualifications (desirable)
  • RSA (desirable)
