Food and Beverage Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will oversee the daily functions of our Food and Beverage services, ensuring an efficient operation.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has proven leadership skills and experience in a Supervisory role within a similar environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and leading Food and Beverage Attendants across multiple outlets
  • Coordinating the daily functions of Food and Beverage services, ensuring an efficient operation
  • Training and coaching team members whilst monitoring and reporting on their performance
  • Providing exceptional customer service as well as customer service recovery
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholder groups to achieve desired outcomes
  • Ensuring processes, policies, and procedures are followed
  • Actively promoting and ensuring a safe work environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a Supervisory role and ideally within a similar environment
  • Outstanding customer relations and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating 7-day roster
  • A valid NSW Competency Card (or willingness to obtain)
