- Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow
- Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations
- Foster a deep knowledge of our products
- Manage payroll, stock, and daily ordering processes effectively

About You:

- Proven experience in a similar managerial role (within the food and beverage sector)
- Strong background in food service and/or specialty coffee (2+ years preferred)
- Excellent customer focus and clear communication skills
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development
- Familiarity with store management and achieving financial targets
