Operational Risk Leader
About the Role:This is a key position within our organization's Business Outcomes team. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for managing Operational Risk Profiles, developing and testing risk controls—particularly through automation—and embedding quality assurance frameworks across the organization.
Responsibilities:- Lead regular risk assessments, audits, and the design and validation of risk controls to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of quality standards, review frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive organizational excellence.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align risk and quality efforts with business objectives.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in operational risk management and quality assurance, with a strong understanding of risk management frameworks and quality standards such as ISO 9001.
- Demonstrated experience with automation tools to streamline risk control design and testing processes, resulting in improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across functions and senior leadership.
