We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead and guide a collaborative Kitchen team at our iconic venue on the Central Coast. As a key member of our Food & Beverage leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Food & Beverage Operation, including our Fine Dining Restaurant & Bar, Beach Side Dining & Bar, In-Room Dining, and Conference & Events.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing menus and overseeing meal preparation, ensuring high quality, creative, and innovative presentation that meets the needs of our guests. They will also be responsible for maintaining and managing inventory of kitchen supplies and equipment, monitoring food cost and adherence to budget, and ensuring that food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences and has a strong ability to inspire passion, enthusiasm, and positivity in the team. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field, and 5 years' experience working as an Executive Chef in a hotel or restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.
