About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our Food and Beverage leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our guests
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, food cost control, and staff supervision
  • Ensure that food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute meetings, events, and special occasions
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operations to achieve culinary excellence and meet business goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field
  • 5 years' experience working as an Executive Chef in a hotel or restaurant environment
  • Experience working in a culinary environment servicing multiple outlets or a conference facility
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage well with both the team and guests
