Retail Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Retail Supervisor to support our store leadership team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong product knowledge, customer service, and problem-solving skills to deliver memorable experiences for customers.
  • Work closely with the Store and Assistant Store Manager to achieve business objectives and key success indicators.
  • Reinforce the customer-centric nature of the role by providing a superior customer experience.
  • Ensure stores are open and ready for customers, manage stock movement, and maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills on days when running shifts, ensuring all team members receive feedback, support, and training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a customer-service role.
  • Experience in operational supervision is highly desirable.
  • A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations and a personable approach with customers.
