About the Role

The Senior Consultant position at Talogy is a key role in our Talent Management business, requiring a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and delivering excellent client solutions, leading account management, and growth opportunities with clients, as well as taking on a leadership role within the Australian team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery (Billable Work) (40%):
    • Manage the delivery of transactional services, including project management of psychometric assessment processes, preparation of psychometric appraisal reports, and delivery of feedback to clients and candidates.
    • Design and deliver training workshops, such as Psychometric accreditation courses, leadership, and employee development programs.
  • Account Management (20%):
    • Support client enquiries, provide technical support, and assist in the ongoing and proactive leadership of client relationships.
    • Maintain all client records, case notes, and communication to the highest level.
    • Be a key point of contact for client queries and proactive support in engaging with clients on a monthly basis.
  • Business Development and Marketing (25%):
    • Manage client enquiries, including a detailed 'client brief' and responded to with relevant product/service information.
    • Proactive identification and targeting of business development opportunities, including research, client calls and meetings/presentations.
    • Effective communication and collaboration with Client Experience representatives.
  • Corporate and Administrative Support (15%):
    • Maintain professional conduct within the organisation, undertake general administrative duties as required, and ensure current systems and processes are managed effectively, reviewed, and developed as required.
    • Records/Process Management, including management of client records, timesheet recording, and compliance with all Company procedures.
Requirements
  • An experienced individual from the local industry or consulting sectors.
  • Qualifications in Psychology (or in a related subject at an equivalent Bachelor or master's level).
  • Working towards Registered Psychologist and/or Endorsed Organisational Psychologist status.
  • Willingness to learn and apply Talogy's core solutions and assessments.
  • Previous experience in talent assessment, people development, or facilitation/accreditation training.
  • Experience in managing client assignments.
  • Experience in consulting on talent and assessment challenges, people development, or workshop facilitation and accreditation training.
  • Track record in the design and delivery of best practice assessment services.
  • Experience of preparing or contributing to proposals and selling consultancy projects and services.
  • Strong Microsoft skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
