Job Title: Senior Tax Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our team at PCR Talent. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a comprehensive portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and large groups, handling complex issues such as business restructuring, tax consolidations, budgeting, and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a large portfolio of clients, providing strategic tax and business advice to high-net-worth individuals and large corporate clients.
- Balance a mix of compliance (60%) and consulting (40%) activities, ensuring excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide strategic advice on optimizing business structures for operational efficiency and tax effectiveness.
- Assist clients with the complexities of tax consolidations to ensure compliance and maximize tax benefits.
- Develop detailed budgets and cash flow projections to support clients' financial planning.
- Guide clients through the tax implications and financial structuring of acquisitions and mergers.
- Ensure compliance with FBT and GST regulations.
- Conduct thorough business valuations for various purposes, including sale, acquisition, and internal planning.
- Lead and mentor a team of five accountants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of tax regulations, particularly in FBT and GST.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for business valuations, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Proven experience in providing strategic tax and business advice to high-net-worth individuals and large corporate clients.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
