This is a casual role within our Early Childhood service, working with children aged 0-5 years. As an experienced and passionate Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment that promotes the development of young children.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and observations
- A minimum ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
- Proven experience working in an Early Childhood setting, preferably with children aged 0-5 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
