Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Centre Team Lead. As an Assistant Director, you will play a vital part in leading our team towards delivering exceptional early learning and care services.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Centre Director in leading the team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Mentor and develop skills within the centre team.
- Take charge of centre operations in the Centre Director's absence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Prior experience as an Assistant Director or in a leadership position within a childcare setting.
- A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
