Job Summary

The Principal Consultant bridges the gap between business and technical teams by resolving complex Workday intersystem issues.

  • Becomes a Workday Recruiting and Talent product expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Leverages expertise to recommend optimal solutions based on client requirements, timeframe, and adaptability to changing needs.
  • Guides clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of Workday HCM projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transformation Leadership: Guides clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and unique business requirements.
  2. Expertise Development: Becomes proficient in Workday Recruiting and Talent products, including design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  3. Client Support: Regularly engages and supports clients throughout all project phases to ensure smooth operations.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
