Workday Expertise Transformation

 

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Functional Consultant to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class solutions to our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with top-tier clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored Workday solutions
  • Configure and customize Workday modules to drive seamless HR and financial operations
  • Lead project teams and drive transformational change for our clients
  • Mentor and upskill junior consultants through our Graduate Program
  • Provide exceptional support to clients throughout the implementation process

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Functional Consultant
  • Passion for Workday HCM and ability to work across different Workday modules
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead teams and deliver results
