As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, prioritizing product backlogs, and ensuring timely delivery of features that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage product sprint cycles to deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog in line with agreed business and technology priorities.
- Translate business outcomes into delivery requirements, championing incremental and iterative delivery approaches.
- Define product requirements using agile frameworks such as User Story Mapping, Epics, Features, user story writing, and prototyping.
- Ensure successful delivery through clear product definition, effective test coverage, and robust deployment planning.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery cycles, ensuring features are delivered to meet agreed business outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for the product team, managing key administrative activities including time sheeting, cost allocation, and release/out-of-hours support.
- Proactively manage risks and issues, putting in place effective mitigations and escalating in line with programme governance.
