Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our products from concept to delivery.

About the Role:

  • Lead internal and external teams to bring product ideas to life.
  • Manage the product backlog and define user stories.
  • Work closely with the design and development team to build solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Ensure requirements are captured and managed throughout the development process.
  • Benchmark competitors to create best-in-class product ideas.
  • Use market data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Identify gaps in our product offering and document requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Continuously test and refine products to ensure quality control.
  • Oversee release management to ensure efficient and aligned business processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs.
  • Capture and manage requirements throughout the development process.
  • Work closely with the UX/UI team to bring initiatives to life.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Prepare relevant documentation for internal and external sharing.

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience working on end-to-end product development as a Product Owner or similar role.
  • At least 3-5 years prior experience as Product Owner.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, IT, or related discipline.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and skills.
