The Early Childhood Services Manager will lead daily operations across our family day care, OOSH, preschool, and mobile preschool programs with precision and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a child safety and safeguarding culture that is second to none
  • Mentor program leaders and inspire excellence in practice through coaching and guidance
  • Ensure services consistently exceed compliance and quality standards by implementing robust systems and processes
  • Act as one of our Nominated Supervisors for regulatory compliance purposes
  • Build strong relationships with families, schools, and community partners to drive collaborative outcomes
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in multi-site ECEC or similar settings
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and child safety frameworks is essential
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills are required to achieve success in this role
  • A diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education is highly desirable
