We are seeking an Early Childhood Services Manager to lead daily operations across our Family Day Care, OOSH, Preschool, and Mobile Preschool programs.

What you will do
  • Champion child safety and embed a safeguarding culture across all services
  • Mentor program leaders and inspire excellence in practice
  • Ensure services consistently exceed compliance and quality standards
  • Act as one of CCFS's Nominated Supervisors, ensuring leadership continuity and regulatory compliance
  • Build strong relationships with families, schools, and community partners
What you will bring
  • Proven leadership experience across multi-site ECEC or similar
  • Strong knowledge of the NQF, CCS, compliance, and child safety frameworks
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
  • Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
