Purpose

As Conference Coordinator, you will provide strategic support to various properties. Your expertise lies in attention to detail and understanding the impact of small components.

The Role

You will act as a key hub, providing comprehensive support to a diverse range of properties within a leading apartment and realty portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand event objectives, create plans, and manage schedules.
  • Maintain a polished image as a representative of our company, ensuring high standards of service excellence.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues that may arise during events.
  • Plan, oversee, and execute event activities, managing schedules.
  • Coordinate logistics, including equipment, contractors, resources, and personnel involved in and supporting the event.
Requirements
  • Past experience in a similar role, demonstrated precision in coordination and customer service skills.
  • Creativity for designing unique event experiences and finding innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
  • Negotiation skills with suppliers and clients to establish favourable terms.
