Event Planner Position

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team.

The primary duties of this role include:

- Overseeing all aspects of events and creating event plans based on client requirements
- Providing written and verbal quotations for events; preparing contracts and conducting timely follow-ups to secure bookings
- Ensuring a thorough understanding of event specifications and attendee numbers to arrange necessary equipment or contractors as required within expected timeframes
- Meeting client expectations while staying within budget constraints and reconciling post-event accounts to match quoted charges
- Collaborating closely with clients at all stages prior, during, and post-events to ensure a seamless and positive experience

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate events from conception to completion
  • Develop and manage event budgets
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

**Benefits:**
