About the Role

We are seeking an Event Producer to join our team, responsible for planning and executing events from start to finish. This includes liaising with clients, developing event strategies, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements
  • Develop event concepts and proposals that meet client expectations
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in event planning, management, and project coordination
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, or related field desirable but not necessary
