Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the operational and quality aspects of our delivery. This role involves overseeing academic processes, workflows, and quality checks to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contract assessor allocations, SLAs, and maintaining assessor qualifications and approvals. They will also monitor assessment outcomes, student feedback, and trends to identify and address issues.

This is a key leadership position that works closely with cross-functional teams to close process gaps and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to implement and embed process improvements, and have excellent communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong operational or academic management experience in vocational education
  • Sound knowledge of RTO compliance requirements and quality assurance frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to implement and embed process improvements
