Loyalty Content Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled Loyalty Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging content strategies that drive loyalty program participation.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in content creation, with experience in writing high-quality, brand-aligned content that is accessible and SEO-optimised. You will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role
  • Create engaging content that increases awareness and drives participation in our loyalty program.
  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content that is member-centric and measurable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and write high-quality, brand-aligned content that is accessible and SEO-optimised.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams to develop content that is member-centric and measurable.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in content creation, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing or a related field.
  • Strong skills in UX writing, editing, digital publishing and content optimisation.
  • Ability to create engaging in-app content, micro-copy, CTAs and button strategies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, fact-checking and sub-editing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
