Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and action-oriented marketing professional to join our team. This hybrid role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of marketing operations in Australia.

As a Marketing Manager, you will coordinate and manage key marketing activities, including roadshows, trade shows, and the production of marketing collateral and merchandise. You will partner with the Marketing Director to develop and execute marketing strategies, create and launch tailored campaigns for specific customer segments and products, and support large-scale campaigns and independently manage smaller promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive regional success.
  • Create and launch tailored campaigns for specific customer segments and products.
  • Support large-scale campaigns and independently manage smaller promotional initiatives.
  • Develop email sequences, webinars, and content for channel partner promotion.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral and merchandise.
  • Collaborate with agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including HubSpot CRM management and reporting.
  • Apply SEO best practices to enhance digital content and boost organic traffic.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven success in creating impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to deliver events and campaigns on schedule.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills (in English) for effective collaboration with stakeholders and partners.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for CRM management, marketing automation, and reporting; experience with Drupal CMS.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and BI reporting dashboards.
