We are one of Sydney's best artisan bakeries serving some of the best artisan bread, pastries and cakes with an award winning flagship cafe located in Chippendale and additional retail space in Marrickville. We maintain a strong presence all over Sydney with stalls at numerous weekend farmer's markets located north, south, east and west.

We are currently seeking an experienced FOH/CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL ROUNDER for our Marrickville retail space.

This role will best suit a self-motivated individual who enjoys delivering great customer service and talking about beautiful artisan bread, pastries and cakes, and is ideal for someone looking to advance their hospitality career with one of the best teams in Sydney.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are looking for a focused and friendly person to join our team and help deliver the following key points:

- Love looking after customers and delivering every little detail of customer service (face to face, phone)
- Strong communication with other staff and sections within the bakery
- Must be very focused with experience and energy to run a tight little section
- Have to be able to efficiently sequence the greeting and serving of customers.
- A passion for artisan produced bread and pastries
- Entering orders and maintaining stock levels for retail space
- Assisting office team with basic administration tasks
- Assisting pastry team with daily production/food prep

**ABOUT BRICKFIELDS**:
Part-time hours: 16-18 hours per week

Monday: 06:00-14:30
Friday: 06:00-14:30
