Psychology Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced psychology care specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex mental health needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care services

Requirements:

  • Current registration to practice as a psychologist, endorsement or working towards endorsement in clinical psychology, must hold a post graduate degree in clinical psychology (Masters, and/or Doctorate or PhD) that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and ACPA.
  • Demonstrated clinical knowledge, skill and clinical experience in the provision of clinical psychology interventions. Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the use of therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Insight Oriented Psychotherapy. Demonstrated skills in working with families.
