The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Client First Principles across their portfolio of medium to large accounts within our practice, ensuring high-quality customer service is always provided and set revenue and expense budgets are consistently attained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Client First Principles across your portfolio of medium to large accounts.
- Provide support to the Managing Principal and mentor support colleagues.
- Foster effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers.
- Take a proactive approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery.
- Maintain an awareness of all large and potentially complicated claim related matters.
Requirements:
- Proven insurance experience managing corporate client accounts.
- Tier 1 FSRA qualification.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
