We are seeking a seasoned Production Coordinator to join our Maritime Sustainment team.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in shipbuilding, heavy engineering or manufacturing, with a trade qualification or diploma in engineering, or similar discipline. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage across all levels of the business are essential. Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage conflict constructively and resolve issues independently.

The role involves maintaining a strong presence on the ship daily and acting as the first point of contact for production support. Collaborating closely with trades, supervisors, subcontractors and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve conflicts is also crucial. Monitoring and aligning production activities with the Ship Plan of Day (SPOD) to ensure work pack readiness and material availability is another key responsibility.
