We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This analyst role will add value to our Operations division by utilizing data-based insights and modeling to maximize financial outcomes through effective compensation forecasting and labor optimization. You will play a crucial role partnering with the Operations division to provide visibility, draw insights, and influence change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effective finance business partnering with Divisional Operations Leaders and local Finance teams to add value and insight
  • Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • P&L control, analysis, and insight
  • Ad hoc analysis to support decision-making and provide insight
  • Analyze the impact (financial and non-financial) of actions taken within the Operation Divisions, communicating results to the Commercial Manager
  • Help to drive collaboration efforts between Sales, Finance, and Operations, facilitating improved communication and collaboration, driving cost-saving initiatives
  • Support the wider SSP business through knowledge sharing and financial acumen communication
