Plant Maintenance Planner

At the forefront of innovation, we require a strategic thinker to shape our long-term maintenance plans.

About the Role

This pivotal position involves developing and maintaining forward works programs for fixed plant assets, ensuring seamless execution and optimization of Work Orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build comprehensive Work Orders that account for rotable and parts availability
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts in Reliability and Engineering to refine scopes and enhance planning strategies
  • Develop robust master data updates to maintain scheduling accuracy and optimize shutdown performance outcomes
  • Coordinate projects using PES and DCRM systems
  • Support monthly PM05 forecasting and adjust for work churn and operational priorities
  • Analyze shutdown performance to inform master data and planning strategy improvements
Qualifications And Experience:
  • Proven experience in maintenance planning within heavy industry, manufacturing, or oil & gas sectors
  • Strong SAP skills for planning, scheduling, and master data management
  • Advanced Excel capability for reporting, forecasting, and data analysis
  • Experience collaborating across Engineering, Maintenance, and Reliability teams
  • Knowledge of shutdown planning, PM05 cost tracking, and continuous improvement methodologies
