Commercial Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a high-performing Commercial Lawyer to join our team in an independent role. The ideal candidate will have a track record of strong billables and client outcomes, leadership capability, and a performance mindset.

The Role

As a Commercial Lawyer, you will:

  • Run matters independently with commercial precision
  • Supervise and support junior lawyers and paralegals
  • Meet targets and deliver results without excuses
  • Contribute meaningfully to the firm's growth and leadership

You will work across a diverse portfolio of high-value clients and matters, including commercial litigation, business disputes, construction law, and general commercial advisory. You will have autonomy but never isolation, supported by a strong operational team and systems designed to empower you.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years PAE in commercial law (ideally with litigation and construction experience)

  • Track record of strong billables and client outcomes
  • Leadership capability – ready to supervise, manage, and guide
  • Performance mindset – not just wanting a paycheque, but a share in something bigger
