A distinguished position for an accomplished Family Lawyer to take on a senior role with the resources, support, and mentorship to advance their career.


About the Position:

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Family Lawyer (4–8+ years PAE) to manage a varied caseload including complex parenting disputes, property settlements, financial agreements, divorce, de facto and same-sex relationship matters, and domestic violence matters.


You'll provide guidance to junior solicitors while benefiting from hands-on support from a team of Paralegals, who handle non-legal tasks such as billing and marketing.


Key Requirements:
  • 4–8+ years PAE in Family Law, ideally within private practice
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a full caseload independently
  • Prior experience mentoring junior lawyers
  • Strong interest in achieving Specialist Accreditation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-driven mindset
